Co-Founder Victor Allen Gives a Great Analysis on How Sound Comes to Life and Streams at Pax Stereo

As you know here at 15Minutes the Show, we like to do it live and had the opportunity to stop by Pax Stereo located in the Windsor Hills area. The area is an unincorporated community in Los Angeles County, California in the United States. The prominent area is also the chosen location that co-founder Victor Allen and partner, Mario Helmsley set up space to provide a stylized recording and streaming experience at their Pax Stereo studios. www.paxstereo.tv and www.paxstereo.com. At the time videographer and all things on camera the infamous, Foster Corder and I were greeted by tall green trees huddled together as if to say, welcome home we’ve all been waiting a very long time for you. Their long, thick and stocky branches lined the outside perimeter of the concrete barrier that held them so tightly into place. They seemed to have been there for many, many lifetimes only to find themselves in the same place at the same time once again. The streets lit be the light of the sun appeared to descend downward from the crest of the building accentuated downtown landscape; leaning ever so slightly over newly laid concrete just in time to unravel themselves into the small curb that opened a lot wider as we turned the corner.

I called Victor from Galaxy Note 9 to let him know that we were outside and on time. A few minutes later we headed to a second structure in the back area that was tucked behind a beautifully designed gray two story house with topple. There he was a tall and handsome chocolate man who had a big smile. My heart skipped a beat at the excitement of talking tech was finally finding its way safely from deep inside me while gradually moving up and out towards the tip of my tongue. We stepped inside and there it was, Pax Stereo Tv. The room and the space within were fully made use of. Victor paused and said, “hold on let me set up live streaming”. There were several screens set up behind two tall black rot iron chairs that had black paisley designed pillows which popped the room even more. On the back wall there were parachute like coverings with bulbs, wires and a host of other cables wrapped in casings that I hadn’t the slightest idea of what they would be used for, although Foster knew. My job was to get our guest, Victor Allen to open his mental vault of stored information and let we, the community and essentially the world find out what the streaming business is really all about. I guess that we could safely say that streaming is still fairly new but not. After getting all of Canon’s 80D settings right, Victor and I sat down to talk fifteen minutes; on the subject of what it was like for customers and potential clients to be offered an affordable opportunity to make the proper use of the latest tools for marketing that one can choose while discovering the technology of streaming. Victor shared with us his take on new technology and its place in our daily lives. He told us that most people have difficulty looking at themselves before and after interviewing. The projection of what one looks like to oneself and how one looks to others is entirely a different kind of translation and actually has a language of it’s own. Most are not prepared and find fault with an outcome not to their liking based on a superficial perception from the beginning of a streamed image. Victor and co-founder Mario Helmsley were a music label before becoming Pax Studio and with both having background in entertainment and knowledge of working with artist, marketing and distribution made their transition into service providers, a fairly easy one. He talked abut the harshness of the music industry and how those interested have to put themselves out there in image and in conversation without reserve or hesitation. Mario had studied radio software and was looking to change from working with artist to providing viable platforms for artist to experience doable and affordable technology. We talked about the transference of platforms from uni to multi including apps. A key point to surviving negativity on social media is to never let any one online community dictate your performance on other social media sites. An individual must understand that the better one is at being seen in 2019 paradigm the easier it is. There is more focus on the individual than ever before. One has to be able to handle critique and continue to move forward no matter what. Pax Stereos ultimate goal is to keep things simple and transformative. When you get right down to it, what the man is really saying is that we are all transformative and well integrated into the new technology and in order to test it out on the old hard drive, we may have to share just a little bit more of ourselves.

Note: The View Park neighborhood is on the north end of the community along Angeles Vista Boulevard and the Windsor Hills neighborhood is on the southern end to the north of Slauson Avenue.
View Park−Windsor Hills is one of the wealthiest primarily African-American areas in the United States. The two neighborhoods are part of a band of neighborhoods, from Culver City’s Fox Hills district on the west to the Los Angeles neighborhood of Leimert Park on the east, that comprise the single largest and one of the wealthiest, best-educated, and geographically contiguous historically black communities in the western United States. This corridor also includes Baldwin Hills and Ladera Heights neighborhoods. It was founded in the late 1930s. While the neighborhood is still predominantly African-American, the area is undergoing a demographic shift, as new home owners (mostly Caucasian, Asian families), who work in nearby Silicon Beach, Culver City, Downtown Los Angeles, and other job hub areas are moving into the neighborhood.
