One hundred years is a long time to be around and walk this beautiful planet we’ve come to know as Earth however, to be around for one hundred years and be celebrated for it is an entirely different matter. Such is the story of the laugh-out-loud trio, the Three Stooges, who celebrated their 100th anniversary at the Hollywood Museum last month. Each year, the Hollywood Museum attracts thousands of hungry and curious people who have a thirst for the historical legacy of Hollywood. Presented by the Museum’s Founder and President, the lovely, Donelle Dadigan, who, because of her beautiful and passionate heart, turned the museum from being well-known to a level of global stardom. The museum with a blatant intention of honoring those who have helped to make Hollywood into Hollywood as it stands today carries with it a history of the past, present, and future. The spirit of Max Factor can be felt upon entering the door. The exhibit is relaxed, funny, and informative, showcasing the very best of the comedic talents of the Three Stooges: Moe, Curly, Larry, Shemp, and Curly Joe DeRita. Their film shorts, feature films, and re-living for a much-needed re-laugh those special moments that only they can give were given their due at this very momentous occasion.
