What can one say about the laws of the land? There are the laws of the land. Laws are established to uphold the laws of the land, and unseen laws also govern. People may or may not practice those laws. These laws are not without consequences. Kevin Pike is a seasoned real estate and probate expert for Coldwell Banker. His work with seniors is intentional.
