When it comes to boxing Alan Santana would come to make it his way up through the ranks from a local kid in Los Angeles onto a path within the walls of that same city. This path would come to expand his horizons and deepen his resolve of a soulful mission. Rigorous training and preparation gave him a jump on the kind of discipline that outside of military training only the world of sports can offer.
It is with this kind of strategic thinking, ingenuity and strong confirmation that Alan Santana would begin to show hunger and thirst to find an unexplored way to help his beloved community. Holding the title of the North American Coordinator of the World Boxing Foundation Alan Santana concerns himself with an intimate knowledge of people their behavior and the kinds of things that make the world go round. Alan was born to be this way showing much promise at the tender age of 8 and with a steady flow of hits and punches helped to lead him into 140 fights as an amateur spanning over 20 years. The late Earl Beebe managed and Ray Chavez trained Santana out of the 108th Street Gym in LA however due to an unexpected automobile accident Alan’s active boxing career would end however later it would become the catapult towards the pursuit of even greater things.
Alan founded the No Teen Riders .Org as a means to inspire and develop humanistic style thinking at its highest state and to develop a solid base for challenging quest filled purposes. No Teen Riders an organization fueled by passion became a safe and viable way to build a functional bridge between parents, high school administrators, teachers and students. Alan’s 15 minute question and answer session allows for sharing a wealth of knowledge regarding a subject that is all too often over looked. Presently No Teen Riders has fully penetrated the Atlanta GA area where Alan splits his time as a Fox Sports Commentator and show host on Fox Sports East.
The mission of No Teen Riders is to educate teens, their families and their perspective community of service providers with practical skills that allow consistency and the implementation of compliances that help to create standards and guidelines which strongly reduce and eventually can help to prevent a vast and growing number of teen vehicular deaths. As Alan Santana continues to marvel many of those who have borne witness to his strong character never give up spirit and intense desire to make change, his need to make No Teens a household name is ever more present. In addition to No Teen Riders Alan is progressively working in conjunction with Principal Joe Dominguez on a DUI Program license frame for adults in the San Francisco. This DUI license frame will help to identify and convict drunk drivers. Santana’s idea garners strong support from a judge in California and he is taking the prototype back to Atlanta at some time in the next few weeks.
